The Law Faculty has implemented an internal Quality Assurance System in compliance with Aneca’s AUDIT guidelines. The system is continually being improved through analysis of process indicators and a management system specifically for this purpose.
One of the main aims of the University of Deusto is to meet the needs of all the members of the university community, with regard to the activities and services it offers.
In line with this aim, the Vice-Rector’s Office for Academic Organisation and Educational Innovation has set the following commitments:
- Teamwork to continually improve the effectiveness of the Internal Quality Assurance System of Faculties, Functional areas and Services, thus increasing stakeholder satisfaction, which is measured within the framework for the establishment and review of the quality objectives, as defined by the management plans of Faculties, Functional areas and Services.
- Inform, motivate and involve the staff of the faculties, functional areas and services, and students regarding the results being obtained.
- Optimise the management of these processes through continuous training of staff at the faculties, functional areas and services, and adequately addressing stakeholders’ suggestions and complaints.
- Align and adapt processes to the requirements, needs and expectations of stakeholders of the faculties, functional areas and services and other legal or regulatory requirements that may be applicable.
