This Chair promotes teaching, research and outreach activities to enhance dialogue between the different legal, political and economic cultures, by emphasising the added value of a multicultural approach.
It also seeks to offer a wide range of seminars, conferences and courses on Transnational Law, including aspects of competition law, intervention of public authorities in economy, relations between legal systems and judicial dialogue and European judicial area.
Ultimately, the aim is to offer students and scholars a space for analysis and reflection in order to:
- Delve more deeply into the legal implications of the relations between the EU and other economic blocs in the world.
- Promote dialogue between academia, business and legal professionals, which will ultimately benefit all sectors involved.
